Privacy Policy

How The Twenty Five collects, uses and protects the information you share with us, and the choices you have over it.

Who we are. The Twenty Five (“The Twenty Five”, “we”, “us”) operates thetwentyfive.com and the membership programme described on it. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through the site, including the waitlist and investor enquiry forms, and applies to that site rather than to the separate services of our maritime and manufacturing partners.

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or register interest as an investor you provide your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, city, state and a message. You choose whether to identify as a prospective member or a prospective investor, and we record that choice so we can send you the right follow-up. We do not ask for financial account details, government identifiers or health information through this site, and you should not send them to us through it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive technical information from your browser — IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view — which we use to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. We use a small number of first-party cookies for this. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How we use it. We use what you give us to respond to your enquiry, to keep you informed about membership availability and company milestones you have asked to hear about, and to plan which coastal corridors open first. We use technical information to operate, secure and improve the site. We rely on your consent for marketing email, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for the rest.

Who we share it with. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system, and the site is delivered by hosting and content infrastructure providers. Those providers process the information on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also share information where we are required to by law, or in connection with a merger, financing or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep it. We keep waitlist and enquiry records for as long as you remain on the list and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about your enrolment, then delete or anonymise them. Technical logs are kept for a short retention window and then discarded.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from our email at any time using the link in any message, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

International transfers. We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data protection laws may differ from your own; we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers where the law requires them.

Security. Information is transmitted to us over an encrypted connection and held with providers that maintain recognised security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share and to limit who inside the company can see it.

Children. The site and the membership are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy as the programme develops. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed, and material changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist before they take effect. This version is dated March 24, 2026.

Contact us. Questions about this policy, or requests about your information, can be sent to Inquiries@Thetwentyfive.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
